We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

Shipping (for physical items)

– You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for items lost or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses.

Refunds & returns

For physical products:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at brittanie.mcqueen@resofield.org within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll review each situation in good faith and may offer a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund at our discretion.

For digital products:

Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, we typically do not offer refunds for digital products. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Any specific refund, return, or exchange policies listed on product pages will override this general section.

5. Donations and support

We may offer options to donate or financially support our work.

– Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise clearly stated.
– Donations do not grant ownership, equity, or decision-making authority in Resofield or any related project.
– Unless explicitly noted, donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. Please consult your own tax advisor regarding any questions.
