What are Patterns

Everything you experience moves in patterns. Thoughts repeat, reactions loop, energy rises and falls in familiar ways.

Sometimes these patterns feel supportive, clear, and steady. Sometimes they feel like overwhelm, disconnection, reactivity, or getting stuck in the same place again and again.

Coherence vs. Decoherence

Coherence is when things are working together:

  • your energy supports you
  • your perception is clear
  • your responses feel aligned

There’s a sense of.. “I can move with this”



Decoherence is when things start pulling in different directions:

  • your energy is off (too much or too little)
  • your thoughts spiral or distort
  • your responses don’t feel like you

It can feel like.. “Something is off, but I don’t know what”


There’s nothing wrong with you when this happens. It simply means that a pattern is active, and something within it is out of balance.

Instead of trying to fix everything at once… what if you could notice the pattern, understand what’s happening inside it, make a small adjustment, and shift how it plays out.
